🚨[Hotfix] Preserve metadata image orientation - #58

Summary

• vendor the immutable secure-metadata v0.1.1 browser Release artifact with verified provenance and SHA-256
• preserve valid JPEG EXIF Orientation while removing other targeted EXIF/GPS metadata without pixel re-encoding
• add Orientation 3, 6, and 8 integration regression coverage with unchanged JPEG scan bytes
• align Image and PDF Metadata action panels and bound primary decoded summaries
• update all six locales and release-readiness documentation

Validation

• git diff --check
• node tests/run-all.mjs
• pull-request CI required before merge

Browser QA

Real Chrome QA was attempted twice, but Chrome control failed before connection or navigation with a local kernel-assets path error. Visual, keyboard, save, and Network-panel checks remain BLOCKED and are documented as NOT RUN. Release classification remains READY EXCEPT MANUAL QA.
